Qualifications

• Experience in automotive finance or sales preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations affecting new/used vehicle finance.
• Excellent customer service and ability to assess customer needs.
• Ability to establish productive relationships with customers, vendors, and management.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel; strong administrative skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Present protection packages and explain benefits to customers.
• Arrange financing by liaising with lenders to obtain approvals.
• Process all finance paperwork accurately and timely; ensure compliance.
• Track receivables and follow up on outstanding items.
