The Scott Family of Dealerships in Allentown, PA is seeking an EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR with auto experience to support the Finance Department in accounting and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include processing service contracts, reconciling remittances, handling F&I cancellations, posting finance statements, and supporting daily deposits.

The role requires strong Excel skills and professional, reliable teamwork in a busy office.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience required
• Excel experience required
• Basic computer skills
• General office skills
• Indoor office environment

Responsibilities

• Process all service contracts and finance product remittances and reconciliations.
• Process all F&I related cancellations.
• Post and reconcile all finance reserve statements.
• Post & process all products sold outside of a deal.
• Oversee F&I chargebacks.
• Process and post all floorplan payoffs/floorplan reconciliation.
• Act as a back for daily deposit processing.
