Job summary

Capital Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Junior Account Manager with a background in automotive operations and accounting to support the dealership's finance team. This role focuses on accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and daily accounting activities within a dynamic automotive environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on accounting experience in an automotive dealership setting, strong numerical skills, and proficiency with Excel and accounting software including

Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership experience required.
• Previous accounting experience required.
• Experience in an automotive dealership accounting or finance environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Support bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor dealership expenses and ensure accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with departments to reconcile expenses and explain variances.
• Assist with preparing financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data to support business decisions.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support daily accounting and finance activities with Account Managers.
