Haddad Subaru of St. Albans in St. Albans, VT, is seeking an experienced Automotive F&I Manager to lead our finance and insurance processes. You will drive profitability while ensuring compliance and exceptional customer service.

You will manage all F&I product sales, train staff, and collaborate with the sales team to maximize dealership performance. A strong knowledge of automotive finance regulations and a commitment to integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an F&I Manager or similar in automotive industry.
• Knowledge of finance, insurance, and compliance regulations in automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• High integrity and professionalism.
• Valid driver's license and licensing requirements as needed.

• Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and management teams to optimize overall dealership performance and customer satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, new products, and regulatory changes impacting automotive finance and insurance.
• Train and develop dealership staff on F&I processes and compliance standards as needed.
