Job summary

Cherokee County Nissan in Holly Springs, GA is seeking an Express Service Technician. This position offers on-the-job training with a pathway to career growth.

Walk-in applicants are welcome at our modern, full-service dealership and state-of-the-art Service Department located at 101 Harbor Creek Pkwy, Holly Springs, GA 30115. Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, fluid checks, and keeping the shop clean and organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver\'s license with good driving record
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on customer service
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident
• Must pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Perform express/quality service on vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, replacing wipers, filters, etc).
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify maintenance needs and repairs.
• Check and top up fluids, tire pressures, tire treads, brake measurements, suspension components.
• Reset maintenance reminders and apply new maintenance stickers on vehicles.

Responsibilities - Express Service Technician:

• Perform express/quality service on vehicles which will include oil changes, tire rotations, replacing wipers, filters, etc.
• Conduct multi-point inspections of customer vehicles to identify needed maintenance services and repairs.
• Check and top up fluid levels, tire pressures, tire treads, brake measurements, suspension components, and all other listings required by the multi-point inspection.
• Reset maintenance reminders and include new maintenance stickers on all vehicles.
• Responsible for keeping shop area neat, clean, and able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times.
• Willingness to perform tasks as instructed by the team lead, shop foreman, and service manager.
• Show effective communication and attitude required to work in a team environment.

Qualifications/Requirements - Express Service Technician:

• Previous Experience as an Express Service Technician a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
