Job summary

Cherokee County Nissan is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform quick, quality vehicle service such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements at our modern dealership in Holly Springs, GA. You will conduct multi-point inspections, document findings, and maintain a clean, organized service area while collaborating with a professional team.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Express Service Technician is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record is required
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on customer service
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and a current resident
• Pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, and drug screening is required

Responsibilities

• Perform express/quality service on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, replacing wipers and filters
• Conduct multi-point inspections to identify maintenance needs and repairs
• Check and top up fluids, tire pressures, tread depth, brakes, suspension and other inspection items
• Reset maintenance reminders and apply new maintenance stickers
• Keep the shop area neat, clean, and track dealership-owned tools
• Follow directions from team lead, foreman, and service manager
• Show strong communication and teamwork in a professional environment

Responsibilities

• Perform express/quality service on vehicles which will include oil changes, tire rotations, replacing wipers, filters, etc.
• Conduct multi-point inspections of customer vehicles to identify needed maintenance services and repairs.
• Check and top up fluid levels, tire pressures, tire treads, brake measurements, suspension components, and all other listings required by the multi-point inspection.
• Reset maintenance reminders and include new maintenance stickers on all vehicles.
• Responsible for keeping shop area neat, clean, and able to account for all dealership-owned tools at all times.
• Willingness to perform tasks as instructed by the team lead, shop foreman, and service manager.
• Show effective communication and attitude required to work in a team environment.

Requirements

• Previous Experience as an Express Service Technician a plus!
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and good driving record
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
