Beaman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking motivated Automotive Express/Maintenance Technicians to join a high-volume service team. The role focuses on routine maintenance, inspections, tire work and diagnostics in a fast-paced, training-supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Previous automotive experience or automotive technical education preferred.
• Express technician experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Self-motivated, dependable and coachable attitude.
• Desire to learn and build a long-term automotive career.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections.
• Rotating and balancing tires.
• Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades.
• Inspecting brakes, suspension, and steering components.
• Checking and replenishing vehicle fluids.
• Completing maintenance services according to manufacturer and dealership standards.
• Identifying additional repair and maintenance opportunities.
