Fayetteville Dodge Ram, part of the Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking Automotive Express/Maintenance/Mobile Technicians to join our high-volume service team. This position offers training and a clear career path within a multi-state dealership group.

We provide a climate-controlled facility, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, paid time off, and ongoing development opportunities. Open to Open to Closing shifts with a production bonus potential.

Formación

• Valid Driver's License.
• Previous express technician experience preferred.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Open to working open to closing shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic safety inspections, drain oil and refill to required level.
• Execute repair orders with accuracy per dealership standards.
• Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades as directed.
• Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids; check tire pressure and top up as needed.

What are the responsibilities for an Express Automotive Technician with Hudson Automotive?

• Perform basic safety inspection while draining oil from crankcase and refill with required amount of oil.
• Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Replace air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades, additional services as outlined by management
• Inspect vehicle fluid levels, replace, or replenish as necessary.
• Check tire pressure and add air if needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License
• Previous express technician experience preferred
• Customer focused professional who is self-motivated, competitive and coachable.
