Sheehy Ford of Warrenton is seeking Experienced Sales Consultants to advance their careers in automotive sales. This role rewards a proven customer service track record and sales ability with a blend of base pay and commissions.

Qualifications

• One year of Sales Experience (Any Industry) is required.
• Must be able to work Monday through Saturday (with one weekday off) and some Sundays.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and drive to succeed.

Responsabilités

• Assess customer vehicle needs by listening and questioning.
• Demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and accessories.
• Guide customers through the sales process to close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork to ensure loyalty.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and follow up to generate repeat business.
• Develop new business through local marketing and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing and specs to compare options for clients.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

• One year of Sales Experience (Any) Industry
• Able to work Monday through Saturday (Tuesday or Wednesdays OFF) and every other Sunday
• Be Goal-oriented, Energetic and outgoing 'people persons' motivated to succeed
• Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance
• Passionate about sales and helping clientele.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen
• Must have a valid driver's license
