Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking Sales Consultants to join Sheehy Genesis. No experience required; we will train you to be the BEST in automobile sales. Bilingual skills are a PLUS and growth opportunities exist within over 25 locations.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in any industry is welcome; training provided.
• Energetic, outgoing person motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, professional appearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Able to pass background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and enthusiasm for vehicles and accessories.
• Lead customers through steps that close deals.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Maintain customer information in CRM.
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referrals.
• Develop new business via direct mail, networking, and telemarketing.
• Provide pricing comparisons with competitors' vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty
• Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM
• Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
• Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

• Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided
