EXPLEO GROUP USA in Auburn Hills, Michigan is seeking an Environmental Validation Engineer to join a dynamic, expanding team. You will define validation strategies, develop test plans, and coordinate lab resources to ensure product reliability in automotive environments.

Candidates should have a BS in Engineering and 3+ years in validation/test engineering, with LabVIEW/TestStand proficiency and familiarity with PXI/GPIB interfaces.

Formación

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years in Test Engineering or Validation Engineering.
• Experience with automotive/electronics validation.
• LabVIEW and TestStand proficiency; LabVIEW cert preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review test service requests and customer specs to define validation strategy.
• Develop detailed validation plans and test specifications.
• Coordinate validation activities and manage lab resources.
• Lead Validation FMEA and participate in design reviews.
• Generate detailed test reports and communicate status to stakeholders.
