Job summary
Expleo USA is expanding its Automotive Test & Validation team. The Automotive Test & Validation Engineer will lead end-to-end validation activities, develop validation plans, define test specifications, manage laboratory resources, and execute environmental and reliability testing to meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
The role requires a BS in engineering, at least 5 years in automotive test/validation, proficiency with LabVIEW or TestStand, and programming in
Qualifications
- BS in engineering or related field and strong automotive domain knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years in test and validation engineering for automotive electronics.
- Strong LabVIEW and TestStand experience; programming in Python/Java/C++.
Responsibilities
- Review test requests and define final validation plans with stakeholders.
- Develop validation plans and test specifications aligned to customer needs.
- Schedule and manage lab resources, tools, and technicians.
- Serve as primary customer contact for environmental validation across locations.
- Lead validation FMEA generation and participate in design reviews.
- Oversee lab planning, cost management, and test script development.
