Job summary

AutoNation—America’s largest automotive retailer—seeks an Express Service Technician in Austin, TX. You will perform vehicle maintenance per repair orders, collaborate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors, and document work while staying updated on factory bulletins.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in express/quick lube preferred.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance per repair order following dealer and factory standards to drive customer loyalty.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document all work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep abreast of factory bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
