Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
- Minimum three years of manufacturing engineering management experience.
- Experience managing teams and multi-shift operations.
- Strong continuous improvement and budget oversight experience.
- Experience working in automated environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor the engineering and maintenance team.
- Manage day-to-day production engineering needs.
- Improve processes by eliminating bottlenecks and increasing throughput.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to completion on time and budget.
- Oversee the annual capital equipment budget.
- Support complex electrical troubleshooting including PLCs and robotics.
- Lead validation of new equipment.
- Develop and monitor engineering KPIs.
- Direct and manage external contractors.
