Manpower, Inc. in Middletown, OH is hiring a Test Stand Operator to install and remove engines from No-Load test stands and run automated engine tests. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will contribute to team success and customer satisfaction through diligent testing and timely documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of production experience, and the ability to obtain a driver’s license. Expect a long shift, overtime, and weekend work to meet production goals.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years production experience preferred.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must have valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain prior to beginning employment.

Mansioni

• Install and remove engines from No-Load test stands.
• Run automated engine tests on No-Load test stands per Work Instructions.
• Document observations such as oil or coolant leaks as per Work Instructions.
• Perform minor repairs on test stands to maintain production.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; properly dispose of waste and return tools to designated areas.
• Report maintenance issues to Shift Supervisor and document in test stand logbook.
• Assist at other Process Stations as directed by Shift Supervisor.
• Use PPE at all times and follow safety procedures.
