Qualifications

• Preferred technical schooling or apprenticeship in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical functional testing on completed actuator assemblies.
• Conduct high-pressure pneumatic and hydrostatic testing following safety procedures.
• Troubleshoot failed units and identify mechanical, fluid-power, and electrical issues.
• Complete repairs and perform root-cause failure analysis.
• Read schematics, layouts, test procedures, and wiring diagrams.
• Set up test-bench configurations and specialized testing equipment.
• Assist inspectors with product validation and compliance testing.
• Record test results, failure findings, and compliance documentation.
• Maintain safe operation of test stands and diagnostic equipment.
• Communicate manufacturing or design concerns identified during testing.
