Job summary

FORVIA HELLA, Northville, USA, is seeking a project manager to own assigned electronic programs in our components sensors team. You will coordinate international launches, build relationships with clients, and steer program goals from planning through control.

The role requires a university degree in engineering or related field and at least 3 years in automotive project management, with SAP knowledge, APQP, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in automotive industry.
• Working knowledge of SAP, APQP, and product development process.
• Strong verbal and written communication including presentations and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on new program to market launches including current sensor program.
• Build relationships with internal and external clients to establish and steer programs.
• Take ownership of international project goals including planning, steering, and controlling activities.
• Ensure achievement of project targets despite changing business environment to avoid scope creep.
• Oversee risk assessment and own change management for assigned programs.
