LEONI Wiring Systems, Inc. in Troy, MI, seeks an Electrical Systems Engineer to design and maintain E/E schematics for LEONI and customer systems.

The role reports to the Team Leader Harness Design in Troy and requires independent processing of E/E systems designs and client-facing responsibilities. Responsibilities include importing device data into schematics, defining inline and splice positions, creating pin-outs, performing resistance checks, and supporting DFMEA and design reviews.

Qualificações

• 3 years’ experience in full vehicle systems engineering projects (Stellantis preferred).
• Experience in Capital Logic/Integrator or equivalent schematics design tool.
• Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Import electrical device and subsystem information and process into schematics (hrn/cmp/csv files)
• Determine inline and splice positioning
• Create inline listings and pin-out
• Perform resistance checks to meet system requirements
• Create system level DVP&R
• Assist in wire harness troubleshooting for the full vehicle
• Assist in the performance of relevant engineering tools e.g. DFMEA, Design Reviews
• Support all customer meetings and request
