Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Wilmington, NC. This full-time position requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts, with responsibilities including customer service, achieving sales goals, and managing DIY services. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a background in automotive parts. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.

Education

Valid driver's license
