Job summary

A leading automotive parts retailer in North Carolina is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers through advanced automotive knowledge and customer service. This full-time position includes tasks like managing DIY services, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store standards. Candidates should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and communication skills. ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to speak and write English, Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
