Job summary

A prominent automotive parts retailer in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a Retail Parts Pro for a full-time position. This role involves supporting DIY customers through advanced automotive knowledge and repair services, managing inventory, and achieving sales goals. Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and strong communication skills. ASE Certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing.
