Job summary

Kia Motors Group is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead dealership performance and profitability across assigned markets. You will oversee dealer adherence to policies, support advertising and training, and ensure a high-quality customer experience and market presence.

The role requires coordinating with dealers, regional teams, and HQ to drive retail and wholesale growth, with frequent travel domestically. A bachelor’s degree and automotive experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of OEM/Automotive retail and wholesale experience.
• Business consulting experience.
• Parts and Service experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Retail and Wholesale objectives monthly and annually.
• Direct all District Sales activities per standards and develop dealer action plans to improve profitability.
• Consult with dealers to ensure adequate market representation and market share.
• Ensure dealers maintain Kia presence and showroom displays and training.
• Advise dealers on advertising, media investments, and growth strategies.
• Monitor customer experience, training certification, and compliance with Kia standards.
• Oversee vehicle inventory, delivery, and related documentation.
• Support fleet sales, retail promotions, and dealer development programs.
• Lead district-level meetings and provide meaningful communications.
