Team Velocity Marketing, LLC is seeking a Regional Account Director to drive data-driven automotive digital marketing for dealerships across the greater DC, MD, Northern VA, and Philadelphia markets. This remote field role collaborates with dealer principals and marketing leaders to boost sales, service revenue, retention, and ROI.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in automotive digital marketing or related fields, excels at data-driven strategy, and can travel as needed within the territory.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in automotive digital marketing or related fields.
• Experience in client-facing, consultative, or marketing strategy roles.
• Strong data analysis and ability to translate insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted marketing advisor to dealership clients.
• Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies.
• Analyze KPIs such as traffic, leads, cost per lead, and ROI.
• Present performance results and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Launch and implement Team Velocity products and strategies with new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
• Conduct dealership visits, business reviews, and training as needed.
