Job summary

Holman is seeking an A-Tech at Autopark Honda to join our team and the Holman family. You will perform test drives, inspections, and diagnostics to identify issues and determine required repairs, while following dealership procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities include repairing or replacing components, completing maintenance, and conducting post-repair testing to verify quality. A valid driver’s license, diagnostic proficiency, and ASE/OEM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vehicle/engine repair.
• Ability to diagnose and repair vehicles and follow safety instructions.
• Possess a valid driver license.
• ASE certification or OEM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform test drives, inspections, and diagnostic tests on vehicles.
• Identify mechanical problems visually and with diagnostic equipment.
• Repair or replace malfunctioning parts according to dealer procedures.
• Complete routine maintenance such as oil changes and brake service.
• Conduct post-repair tests to ensure proper operation and resolution.
• Accurately list conditions, causes, and remedies on repair orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety practices.
• Obtain manufacturer training and/or ASE certification as needed.
