Job summary

Opus IVS is seeking a Customer Support representative to document customer interactions in the CRM and provide accurate information to clients using OEM resources. Duties include handling inbound calls, responding to requests promptly, and troubleshooting Opus IVS products in a busy call center environment.

The role emphasizes programming vehicle ECUs, OE scanning, and effective communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Answering all inbound phone calls.
• Answering inbound requests from clients in a timely fashion.
• Documenting customer interactions in the CRM as a record.
• Provide accurate information to customers using OEM resources as needed.
• Programming Vehicle ECUs correctly.
• OE scanning vehicles correctly.
• Positively position the value of the solutions.
• Troubleshooting all Opus IVS products/services.
• Other duties as assigned.
