Morrie’s Brooklyn Park Subaru in Brooklyn Park, MN is seeking a full-time Automotive Technician to diagnose and repair engines, transmissions, electrical systems, brakes, and related components.

You will test drive vehicles, use diagnostic computers and gauges, and write repair estimates. Entry-level candidates with working knowledge of cars are welcome; a clean driving record and valid license are required.

• Technical aptitude with automotive systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes.
• Test systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and gauges.
• Follow checklists to inspect critical parts of the vehicle.
• Write vehicle damage repair estimates.
• Use power tools and machine tools as needed.
