Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA or PMP is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry; 3+ years in a management/leadership role.
• Proficient in product development processes and APQP/PPAP.
• Familiar with TS16949/IATF quality systems and automotive manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the project team and allocate resources through planning and gate management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers for ongoing tech exchanges and business development.
• Identify project risks and drive actions to ensure cost-effective mass production.
• Implement annual targets and development plans, ensuring knowledge transfer between levels.
• Assist GADC in securing new project contracts and sustainable growth.
