Job summary

Minth North America, Wixom-based, is seeking a Development Project Manager to bridge the factory and key clients. You will lead the project team, manage resources, and steer cost planning to enable successful mass production and delivery.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical/automotive engineering background with 5+ years in automotive and at least 3 years in a leadership role. Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, and project-management tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA/PMP/PM Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in automotive industry; management role needs 3+ years in automotive components.
• Proficient in product development for a specific customer segment.
• Familiar with TS16949 and automotive quality systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes for trim strips, decorative parts, and metal components.
• Understanding of HR and financial management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team, mobilize resources through planning and Gate management, and manage costs to enable mass production and delivery.
• Build strong relationships with customers and explore cooperation on future technologies and business development.
• Identify project risks, foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure flawless mass production and cost control.
• Implement annual targets and plans, guide future development, and ensure knowledge transfer across levels.
• Assist GADC in securing new project contracts and sustainable growth.
