Job summary

Bose Corporation in Framingham, MA is seeking an MBA/BA/BS student to join our Business Forecasting & Analytics team. You will support the maintenance of the Automotive Demand Plan, update forecasts, analyze changes, and extract data from enterprise systems using Excel.

You will generate reports, support S&OP processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and visibility across regions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing MBA, BA, or BS in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and assignments simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and accuracy of Bose's Automotive Demand Plan and Business Forecast.
• Update forecasts in the Saphran forecasting system based on inputs from Sales, Account Management, Program Management, Finance, and Operations.
• Analyze forecast changes related to volume, pricing, costs, product attributes, and new program launches.
• Extract forecast data from enterprise systems and perform analysis in Excel.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Prepare and distribute monthly forecast summary reports to key stakeholders.
• Support monthly S&OP processes with customer, industry, and organizational insights.
• Collaborate with global teams, including APAC stakeholders, to ensure forecast accuracy and visibility across regions.
