Classic Westside Mazda in Brook Park, Ohio is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our Service team. You will be the primary contact between customers and technicians, ensuring accurate service documentation and clear communication throughout the repair process.

The role requires at least one year of professional experience as a Service Advisor/Writer in an automotive setting, with Mazda or other manufacturer dealership experience considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year of professional Automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience required.
• Mazda or other manufacturer dealership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain automotive maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do
