• Oversee all aspects of the dealership’s office activities, including accounting, payroll, inventories, titling, bank reconciliation, capping deals, spiffs & commissions, etc.
• Monthly sales tax filing for both stores
• Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheet
• Communicate with management issues as they arise
• Maintain compliance with all accounting and reporting functions
• Perform Daily Bank Reconciliation, Cash Management, and positive pay reporting
• Responsible for Front Desk Management
• Assist with Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefit launch and enrollment
• Human Resources duties include onboarding, filing, compliance, and assisting department managers
• Manage annual audits.
