Job summary

Lenz Truck is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the business office department across both stores. The role requires Office Manager/Accounting experience and automotive dealership expertise to supervise day-to-day operations of accounting and office staff.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while overseeing payroll, tax filings, and HR tasks.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Office Management in a dealership environment.
• Some travel may be required.
• Excellent interpersonal and friendly professional demeanor.
• Automotive dealership experience is mandatory.
• Experience with HR duties including onboarding, filing and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the dealership’s office activities, including accounting, payroll, inventories, titling, bank reconciliation, capping deals, spiffs & commissions.
• Monthly sales tax filing for both stores.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheet.
• Communicate with management issues as they arise.
• Maintain compliance with all accounting and reporting functions.
• Perform Daily Bank Reconciliation, Cash Management, and positive pay reporting.
• Responsible for Front Desk Management.
• Assist with Health, Dental, Vision, and 401K benefit launch and enrollment.
• Human Resources duties include onboarding, filing, compliance, and assisting department managers.
• Manage annual audits.
