Fox Motors in Novi, MI is seeking an Appointment Coordinator to support the service team by scheduling, coordinating Cadillac Concierge/Valet, and promoting available automotive services. You will engage with customers to ensure a seamless service experience and log interactions to maintain a clean database.

This role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and collaborative efforts with the sales and service departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or six months + related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
• Coordinate Cadillac Concierge/Valet.
• Confidently recommend/promote services.
• Outbound customer satisfaction calls.
• Respond to customer email & chats.
• Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments.
• Follow up with customers who are overdue for service.
• Contact customers regarding marketing initiatives.
• Log customer information and purify database.
• Make outbound calls to internet leads for sales department.
• Follow up with customers who have visited the dealership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Appointment Coordinator is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and support throughout the service process. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience at every touchpoint.

• Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments.
