MSH is seeking an Accounting Administrator for a busy new-car dealership in the Aventura / North Miami Beach area. In this hands-on role you’ll own the store’s day-to-day accounting, work closely with the controller and assistant controller, and help keep clean schedules and precise books for long-term stability.

You’ll manage daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, schedules, cash handling, and postings, with a focus on accuracy in a high-volume office.

Formación

• 1-5 years of accounting experience; dealership accounting preferred.
• Hands-on bank reconciliation and schedule reconciliation experience.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable in a high-volume office.
• Strong AP, AR or general accounting candidates considered.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the dealership accounting office.
• Manage day-to-day transaction processing.
• Maintain cash and credit card clearing schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile dealership schedules.
• Post daily banking transactions and process daily deposits.
• Manage petty cash.
• Work factory receivables and payables.
• Back up for banking and support the controller on special projects and month-end.
