Lithia & Driveway is seeking a Dealership Accounting Coordinator to join our in-person accounting team in Missoula, MT (or Great Lake, MT). The role supports daily cash handling, reconciliation, and deal audits within the APC framework. Candidates should have dealership experience and strong MS Office skills.

The position offers standard benefits and a Monday–Friday schedule, with pay transparency and a structured interview process to determine final compensation.

Competenze

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1+ years of dealership experience preferred.
• Strong admin and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications; able to work independently.

Mansioni

• Complete daily check and credit card deposit.
• Assist in reconciliation of cash sales accounting schedule.
• Collaborate with store operations on process changes to maintain a reconciled cash sales schedule.
• Audit car deals for accuracy using the Deal Checklist.
• Second line of audit defense before deals are sent to APC.
• Maintain notes of missing or incorrect items in reports.
