Job summary
Radco in Mandan, ND is seeking a dedicated Automotive Accessory Installer to professionally install aftermarket parts on customers' vehicles. You will handle a range of accessories, ensure proper fitment and safety, and communicate clearly with Guests about procedures and outcomes.
Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, with an additional $5.00 per hour on Saturdays. Training opportunities and a strong employment package accompany this role.
Qualifications
- Experience with automotive accessories preferred but not required.
- Ability to read installation manuals and follow procedures.
- Commitment to safety guidelines and high-quality workmanship.
- Strong communication with Guests to understand needs and explain procedures.
Responsibilities
- Install aftermarket accessories on vehicles ensuring quality workmanship.
- Work with lift kits, steps, toppers, lighting, exhaust, wiring and other accessories.
- Explain installation steps and product features to Guests.
- Provide updates to Guests during the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as needed.
- Demonstrate product usage and features to Guests after installation.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure all work is performed safely.
