Job summary

Radco in Fargo, ND seeks an automotive accessories installer to professionally fit aftermarket parts on guests’ vehicles, ensuring proper fit, function and safety. The role follows our shop quality standards and time benchmarks.

You will communicate with guests, explain procedures, demonstrate product use, and perform quality checks. Training is provided; prior automotive experience helps. Weekend Saturday hours pay a $5/hr premium.

Qualifications

Experience installing automotive accessories preferred but not required.
Ability to read manuals and follow installation procedures.
Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Install accessories on Guest's vehicles ensuring quality and top-notch workmanship.
Work with a variety of accessories including lift kits, running boards, toppers, lights, wiring, and more.
Communicate with Guests to understand desires and explain installation procedures.
Provide updates to Guests during installation.
Read and interpret installation manuals, troubleshoot issues, and perform quality checks.
Demonstrate product operation to Guests after installation.
Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure installations are safe and accurate.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
Ensure precise and professional installations.
