Job summary

Radco in Duluth, MN is seeking a team member to professionally install aftermarket automotive accessories on guests’ vehicles, ensuring proper fit, function, and safety. You will personalize and install equipment such as lift kits, running boards, toppers, lighting, and wiring, following our shop quality standards.

This role involves reading installation manuals, using a variety of tools, diagnosing issues, and demonstrating product features to guests.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive experience is a plus but not required.
• Able to read and interpret installation manuals and diagrams.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates is essential.
• Commitment to safety guidelines and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Install accessories on guests' vehicles ensuring quality and top workmanship.
• Communicate with and listen to guests to understand desires and explain installation procedures.
• Read and interpret installation manuals, use tools, troubleshoot issues and perform quality checks.
• Bring vehicles to guests and demonstrate product features.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues and ensure precise installations.
