Adams Automotive and Now Auto Care in Houston, TX, seeks energetic customer-focused individuals to learn the automotive service business and grow into high-income advisor roles.

No master technician background required; strong communication, energy, and coachability are key. We offer paid training and opportunities across multiple Houston-area locations including Memorial, The Woodlands, Cypress, and Sienna.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help manage the front-of-shop experience.
• Learn how to write service orders and communicate repair needs.
• Help customers understand maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Follow up with customers by phone, text, and in person.
• Work with technicians and managers to keep vehicles moving through the shop.
• Build confidence in sales, communication, and automotive knowledge.
• Grow into a full service advisor role with strong earning potential.
