Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing or Production in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in Quality Management Systems, Problem Solving, FMEA, PPAP and Statistics.
• Ability to interpret drawings and requirements to ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and supports customer quality visits and audits.
• Monitors and reports site quality on customer portals.
• Reviews and submits customer documentation such as requalification data.
• Coordinates PPAP submissions and manages deviation processes with the customer.
• Leads problem-solving activities for customer complaints and non-conformances.
• Stops production if serious non-conformance poses safety or environmental risks.
