Qualifications

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, quotes, and account support.
Process phone calls, emails, and customer requests in a timely manner.
Manage warranty claims, returns, and related follow-up activities.
Collaborate with suppliers and technical resources to troubleshoot issues.
Support customers with product recommendations, technical information, and order management.
Maintain strong communication with assigned sales representatives and their customers.
Follow up daily on quotes, orders, and open requests to ensure resolution.
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed account records.
