Job summary

Refinish Supply Company is seeking a Store Counter Sales Representative to build strong relationships with collision centers, body shops, dealerships, and automotive professionals. You will help customers select the right paints, refinishing products, supplies, and equipment to meet their needs and drive sales.

Join a team with a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and friendly with a drive to sell and grow the business.
• Experience in automotive parts, refinishing products, or related industry preferred.
• Able to learn automotive paint systems and refinishing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, long-term relationships with professional customers (body shops, collision centers, dealerships).
• Provide knowledgeable service and help customers select the right paints, refinishing products, supplies, and equipment.
• Drive sales by understanding needs, recommending products, and promoting promotions.
• Answer calls, take orders, and provide product information to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with deliveries when needed.
