Refinish Supply Company in Watertown, SD is seeking a Store Counter Sales Representative to help collision centers, body shops, dealerships, and professionals find the right paint and refinishing products.

You’ll build long-term relationships, provide friendly service, and drive sales by suggesting current products and promotions while maintaining accurate inventory and a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and motivated to sell and grow the business.
• Experience in automotive refinishing, collision repair, or parts preferred.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Paint mixing experience is a plus; training available.
• Ability to learn automotive paint systems and products.

Responsibilities
