Job summary

Holler-Classic Family of Dealerships seeks a Corporate Fixed Ops Trainer to lead fixed operations training across our Central Florida dealership group. The role focuses on improving service drive performance, staff development, and adherence to guidelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in automotive fixed operations, consulting or training experience, and strong knowledge of DMS and service software. This exempt, full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Prior Consulting or Training Experience.
• Knowledge in multiple DMS, SLT, and 3rd Party Service/Parts Software Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Train and refine daily processes to achieve superior hours and dollars per RO, ELR, etc.
• Work in and on the service drive with service advisors and customers.
• Maintain high employee satisfaction and ensure quality repairs with minimal comebacks.
• Hire, train, motivate service advisors, technicians, and staff; manage employee relations.
• Administer monthly operating budget to attain sales, gross, and net income targets for the service department.
• Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations affecting repair operations.

Holler-Classic is adding to our Team resulting in an immediate need for a strong candidate to fill the role of Corporate Fixed Ops Trainer.

The position requires an individual with a knowledge of the fixed operations portion of an automotive dealership and must have strong customer service, employee engagement, and automotive service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train and refine daily process to achieve superior hours and $ per RO, ELR, etc.
• Work in & on the service drive with service advisors & customers
• Maintain high employee satisfaction
• Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
• Hire, train, motivate service advisors, technicians, and staff; manage employee relations
• Administer monthly operating budget to attain sales, gross and net income targets for the service department.
• Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
• Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations, such as State rules and regulations, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
• Hold weekly service advisor training sessions to review progress discuss issues maintain high morale.
• Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
• Train staff on best practices for administering warranty claims, reviewing warranty policy adjustments, understanding and applying warranty guidelines, ensuring correct processing of claims, and communicates warranty information to associates.
• Stay abreast of competitive market pricing; develop dealership service pricing plan recommendations for General Management.
• Serves as liaison with factory representatives

Minimum Qualifications:

• Five Years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior Consulting or Training Experience
• Knowledge in multiple DMS, SLT, and 3 rd Party Service/Parts Software Solutions
• Strong knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
