Qualifications

• 3+ years of Automotive Contract Clerk experience preferred (automotive experience required).
• Dealertrack experience is a plus.
• Ability to process DMV paperwork is a plus.
• Strong follow-through and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, helpful, professional, and dependable demeanor.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Excel.
• High school diploma or GED required; some post-high school education or training preferred.
• Reliable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Process all vehicle contracts in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all required compliance documentation is included.
• Verify, process, and post transactions related to Vehicle Sales, Trade-In Units, and Dealer Trades.
• Daily review, follow-up, and posting of EFT contract funding, customer down payments, F&I reserve funding, lien payoffs, and flooring payments.
• Daily review, follow-up, and correction of schedules related to the contract process, including CIT, vehicle receivable, and lien payoff.
• Communicate weekly with the Controller on any pending issues related to contract posting.
• Perform other administrative and office support duties as assigned.
