Job summary

Livermore Toyota in Livermore, CA, is seeking an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to join our onsite team Monday through Friday. You will manage contracts and vehicle sale documents, ensure accuracy, and maintain timely processing to support our dealership operations.

The role requires dealership contract experience, keen attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel. We offer paid training, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within a family-owned,

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts and vehicle sale documents accurately and timely.
• Collect vehicle receivables.
• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Process trade-in payoffs.
• Handle service contract submissions and cancellations.
• Schedule reconciliations and wholesales.
• Assist Controller with other tasks as needed.

• Respond to customer inquiries
• Processing trade in payoffs
• Service Contractsubmission and cancellations
• Schedule Reconciliation
• Wholesales
• Any other tasks to be assigned by Contoller

REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST HAVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
