POSITION SUMMARY:
We are excited to welcome a strong, detail-oriented, and methodical Contracts Clerk to our team!The ideal candidate will possess a self-starter mentality and a thorough eye for detail they can utilize as they register contracts and process cancellations for the finance and insurance products for the dealerships we serve. The candidate will need an eye for accuracy, the ability to use a computer system to research and input details, and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in the accounting office and other departments of the dealerships. Job responsibilities include reviewing individual contracts for accuracy, computer input, and correspondence (via phone, email, or in person) with the dealerships to reconcile and resolve questions. Training will be provided.
