Job summary

IDEMIA is seeking a Program Manager, Automotive Connectivity, to lead strategic connectivity programs for major North American automotive manufacturers. You will deliver programs on time, within budget, and with strong customer relationships while guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle.

The role combines customer engagement, program leadership, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, international environment and requires a minimum of 10 years in program management,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience.
• Experience in Automotive or Connectivity is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more connectivity programs for major North American automotive OEMs.
• Ensure successful program delivery in line with customer expectations, quality standards, schedule, and financial targets.
• Serve as the primary customer contact for all operational and program-related matters.
• Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective issue resolution.
• Coordinate and influence cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Product & Offering Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Legal.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while anticipating future business opportunities and risks.
• Monitor program performance, quality, execution, and billings.
• Support contract negotiations and pre-sales activities.
• Promote continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, Automotive standards (APQP, IATF 16949…) and internal governance processes.
