Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and determine repair scope.
• Estimate labor and parts costs for repairs.
• Prepare insurance claim documents and estimates.
• Communicate repair costs and timelines to customers.
• Draft work orders and enter data into CollisionRight’s system.
• Maintain records of repairs and communications.
