Job summary

Abra Auto Glass l Minnesota & Western Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Automotive Collision Estimator to join our St. Cloud/Waite Park team.

This full-time role requires accurate estimating, DRP knowledge, and strong sales and customer-relations skills to guide customers through repairs and insurance processes. As part of a family-owned company with 30+ years in the industry, you will work with leading technicians and cutting-edge tools to deliver high-quality body work, while managing multiple

Qualifications

• Prior estimating experience at a collision repair facility.
• Ability to write complete and accurate estimates.
• Knowledge of DRP guidelines.
• Thorough knowledge of auto repair estimating, including relevant software programs.
• Excellent sales abilities and overall communication skills.
• Able to relate well to all customers.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must maintain a valid state driver’s license.
• ICAR training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and write detailed auto collision estimates for customers and insurers.
• Interact with customers to explain estimates and repair options.
• Collaborate with shop technicians to ensure estimates reflect work required.
• Assist in DRP compliance and documentation during repair processes.

Hours for position: Between 7:30 am to 5:00 pm (dependent on business need) Monday - Friday; No weekends.
